Warp EPD Development Adapter

Description

The Warp EPD Development Kit is intended to provide the connections necessary to attach a Warp board to ED060SC4, ED060SC7 and ED060SCM (not included) e-paper displays through a Warp Development Interposer.

Kit Includes:

• Adapter board that connects to the EPDC and I2C touch interface signals of the WaRP Interposer Development Board

This kit is intended to provide connectivity between the WaRP board and the following e-paper displays:

• Eink ED060SCM (not included)
  • Support for the ED060SCM is included in the Freescale(NXP) Yocto BSP kernel.
  • Includes touch panel
  • Readily available from after market sources
• Eink ED060SC4 (not included)
  • Support for the ED060SC4 is not tested or included in available BSP kernels and will require development and customization of the mxc_epdc_fb.c driver.
  • Readily available from after market sources
• Eink ED060SC7 (not included)
  • Support for the ED060SC7 is not tested or included in available BSP kernels and will require development and customization of the mxc_epdc_fb.c driver.
  • Readily available from after market sources

This kit has not been thoroughly tested and is offered in ‘AS-IS’ state for developers with a detailed knowledge of hardware and kernel level development on the i.MX6SL platform. At this time no additional software support or board support package is available to assist with development.
