Warranty and Support
In order to insure your satisfaction, each product is carefully inspected during production and placed though a variety of tests to insure complete functionality. Should you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Limited product application engineering support is provided to our customers so please feel free to approach us with your support related inquires.
Our parts are not certified for use in medical, life support, or military applications. If you are interested in devices for these uses please contact us, as we may be able to accommodate.

Exchanges and Returns
If any item is damaged due to shipping or defective on arrival, please contact our support staff immediately. Keep items in their original packaging as it will help insure a prompt resolution.
Non-defective returns are permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that we can only process unopened and unaffected merchandise due to the nature of the items being sold. The product must remain in its original packaging and in the original condition as you received it. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact our support department to initiate your return process.
Shipping Internationally
Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order; for an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area. Purchases are shipped with the terms DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS, OR REVENUES, TO THE FULL EXTENT SUCH MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION DOES NOT LIMIT EITHER PARTY’S LIABILITY FOR ITS BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS.
REVOLUTION ROBOTICS TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE OF THE PARTICULAR GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED FOR WHICH LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED.
Prototype hardware and/or engineering samples are provided AS-IS with no warranty express or implied, including warranties, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability and may represent an incomplete design. Prototype hardware is not certified and is not intended for field deployment. Customer agrees to not hold REVO liable for any damages, or losses that may result from the use of the prototype platform.
Neither party will be liable for any failure to perform due to reasonably unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond the parties reasonable control, including , but not limited to, acts of God, war, riot, pandemics, embargoes , acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, accident, strikes, inability to secure transportation , facilities, fuel, energy, or materials. The non-performing party may defer performance until the duration of the contingency is over. If the contingency lasts more than thirty (30) days, the non-affected party may terminate in writing all or any portion of this Agreement or a Statement of Work without obligation or liability for incomplete work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are provided to customers under contract. Unless agreed upon otherwise, payment terms are due on invoice. Payment to be made in full within the payment terms. Late payment penalty subject to 1.9% monthly interest.
