Warranty and Support
All products undergo inspection and functional testing prior to shipment to ensure quality and reliability. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to resolve the matter in a timely and professional manner.
Limited application engineering support is available to our customers—please don’t hesitate to reach out with technical questions or support inquiries.
Please note that unless otherwise noted our products are not certified for use in medical, life support applications. If your project involves these areas, contact us to discuss potential accommodations.

Exchanges and Returns
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately. Retain the original packaging to help ensure a prompt resolution.
Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition, and must include original packaging. Some returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact support before initiating a return.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees charged by the destination country or shipping carrier. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price. We ship international orders under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) or FOB (Free On Board) inco terms.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS, OR REVENUES, TO THE FULL EXTENT SUCH MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION DOES NOT LIMIT EITHER PARTY’S LIABILITY FOR ITS BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS.
REVOLUTION ROBOTICS TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE OF THE PARTICULAR GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED FOR WHICH LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED.
Prototype hardware and engineering samples are provided AS-IS, with no express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Prototypes may be incomplete and are not certified for field deployment. Use at your own risk.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemics, embargoes, government action, fire, flood, labor disruptions, or shortages of materials or transportation. Affected obligations may be suspended during the disruption. If the disruption exceeds 30 days, the non-affected party may terminate the affected portions of the agreement in writing, without further obligation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual customer quotes, contracts, or agreements. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments are subject to a 2.2% monthly interest charge.
